You will be required to provide proof of citizenship to enter Canada. If you are a U.S. citizen then a valid passport or an original birth certificate accompanied by a valid driver’s license will be accepted. For all other countries a valid passport is required.
Print two copies of the page in your passport, which includes your picture, passport number, issue and expiration date. Keep one copy in your wallet or pocket and one in your luggage. This can be very helpful entering and leaving the country if your passport is lost.

Discover one of the few remaining uncrowded and unspoiled regions in the world when you visit quaint village of Sandspit located in the remote islands of Haida Gwaii, formerly known as Queen Charlotte Islands, British Columbia, Canada.
The pristine and remote islands lie just south of the Alaska Panhandle and rest on the western edge of the continental shelf. They are legendary for their rich First Nations Haida native culture, enchanted beauty, and World Class Fishing.

This is one of the finest fisheries on the planet for Chinook/King Salmon, Coho/Silver Salmon, Halibut, Lingcod, Yelloweye Rockfish, and other assorted ocean dwelling fish.
What separates Queen Charlotte Safaris from other destinations is their unique geographic location. The Japanese Pacific Current forces rich nutrients and schools of baitfish over the Continental Shelf into the Queen Charlotte Islands creating rich feeding grounds. The result is some of the Finest Chinook Salmon Fishing on the West Coast of beautiful British Columbia.

What a way to relax at the end of a great day's fishing than to take in the Shingle Bay sunset from the waterfront deck or swap fishing tales with friends while walking on the beach and watching the eagles soar overhead.
The spacious dining and living rooms have ocean front and creek side views. The rooms are comfortable and accommodate either two singles or one couple (and one child). Each room is configured with one queen and one single extra long bed or two double beds with upgraded mattresses.
All rooms feature private baths and maid service is provided daily.

Not only is the fishing spectacular, the Haida Gwaii islands are a sight to see and discover. This group of islands are the ancestral home of the First Nations Haida - West Coast Aboriginals who have lived here for over ten thousand years.
Haida Gwaii is rich in wildlife in the sky and sea, and on the ground. Among the native species, expect to see black bears, river otters, and sea lions, birds such as bald eagles, Steller's jays, and peregrine falcons, and all kinds of ocean creatures, from grey and killer whales to jellyfish and starfish.
On the southern part of Moresby Island is Gwaii Haanas National Park Reserve Haida Heritage Site. This area is unique because of its spectacular west coast scenery, rich ecology and Haida culture.

HOW TO GET TO QUEEN CHARLOTTE SAFARIS FISHING LODGE
There are two options when traveling by air; personal/corporate charter or commercially by Air Canada.
We have access to discounted "Lodge Fare" rates. Our guests work directly with our travel agency, Uniglobe River City Travel, located in Campbell River BC. Uniglobe has secured preferred rates with Air Canada from locations throughout the US and Canada to Vancouver and on to Sandspit. These rates cannot be found online or in the US. Only select travel agencies in BC can offer these rates.

6 Days, 5 Nights - $5795 pp
Prices are based on double occupancy in rooms and four anglers per boat. Additional charges apply if you wish to fish two anglers per boat.
